at Noto in 2024

The purpose of donation

There happened severe earthquake with M7.6 at Noto Peninsula on January 1st and it caused huge damages in Ishikawa Prefecture. We would sincerely like to offer our deepest condolences for the loss and also would like to express our sympathies to those affected by the disaster.

We GAIA Co., Ltd. run the crypto currencies exchange business as the authenticated exchange by the Director-General at Kinki Finance Bureau under 00004.
To take this advantage for the purpose of assisting to those affected by the disaster, we accept donations in the form of crypto currencies like BTC, ETH, and ADA as well as Japanese YEN.
We would like to deliver your goodwill to those affected by the disaster in the form of “necessities” or “cash” as soon as possible by your donations in the form of crypto currencies or Japanese YEN.

We can be any assistance to those affected by the disaster even though we live apart from the area of Noto.

We will directly deliver “necessities” or “cash” to the destination depending on their circumstances and needs.
We will also keep you informed of the details by our activity reports.

Notes

・We accept only BTC, ETH and ADA among crypto currencies.
・We will not be responsible for any losses in case you may lose your crypto currencies by your operation to the incorrect wallet.
・You will be at your own expense when it may cost to send your crypto currencies.
・You will not be able to cancel once you send us your crypto currencies as the donation.
・We will not issue the receipt of donation. We ask your understanding in advance that your donation is not eligible to the tax exemption on your tax return application.
・We will exchange your donated crypto currencies to Japanese YEN at our official exchange rate, and will deliver cash or necessities directly to the destination depending on the circumstances.
・We expect your understanding in advance to deliver your donations in the name of GAIA Co. Ltd rather than your own names.
・We expect your understanding that there may happen any discrepancies for the exchange rates between you send and we deliver because of the timing issues.
・We expect your understanding that we may suspend or close when we believe it is necessary like system maintenance etc.
